To Find Yourself: Think for Yourself

Being worried about the world around you will only increase your stress and anxiety. Thus, it is widely accepted to worry about oneself first and then about the world. This year make efforts to validate this saying; be selfish in 2016. Having said this, don’t become too self-centered and remain worried about yourself–especially if you have a family.

While facing challenges, the common notion is to rely on the judgment of others; instead, you should be strong enough to make your decision and for that you have to think for yourself. Moreover, don’t remain too helpful to people with whom you get negative vibes. It costs nothing to be faithful to your conscious self. Have your thoughts and focus on other opportunities or in another direction that can give you some perspective. Learn to dismiss the negative thoughts and use your mind to control them.
